Local Delivery (within Singapore)

We offer free standard delivery (3-4 working days) in Singapore for all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a $4.50 shipping fee applies.

All deliveries in Singapore are delivered by courier. Please leave your number on your order where indicated at checkout so they can contact you to schedule a redelivery or leave your box in a safe place in case you're not in. 

Please note: if you've ordered from multiple designers, you may receive multiple packages.

International Delivery

We currently deliver by tracked courier to these countries at the following rates (all pricing in SGD):

Malaysia 
Free shipping on all orders over $100
Standard Shipping = $10 (3-5 working days)

Hong Kong 
Free shipping on all orders over $150 
Standard Shipping = $10 (3-5 working days) 

Customs & Import Duties

Please note, some countries charge customs and import duties, and you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs or import duty charges. 

These rates vary from country to country, so we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Order Tracking

You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped out and will receive a code so you can track your parcel. If you have any questions about your order, email us at hello@zerrin.com and we'll get on it!

Our Returns Policy

We really hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you need to make a return, please let us know by emailing hello@zerrin.com with the subject line 'REFUND' within 14 working days from the date of which you received the item(s). We'll get back to you promptly to coordinate details for your return. 

Please note the following requirements for your return:

You will have to bear the delivery costs back to ZERRIN HQ. 

The item(s) must be returned in the original condition that you received them: new, unworn, unwashed and with any tags still attached. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and any item(s) in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. If your items show signs of wear, your refund will be considered void. Please note, sale items are not refundable.

We will only proceed with the refund when we have received your item(s). We'll get in touch via email once your return has been received and processed. 

NOTE: For hygiene reasons, we can't refund earrings or beauty products. Thanks for understanding. 

ZERRIN is a curated marketplace and media platform championing emerging brands and sustainable consumption. We launched in 2018, and are based in Singapore.

Our brands are curated from both South-East Asia and Europe. Generally, they are between 1 and 5 years old. When assessing a partner, we look how they approach both design (quality and originality!) as well as sustainability and social impact. To do so holistically, we came up with an in-house method called the Better Brand Framework.

No, we don't. While we used to have a physical store in Singapore at Marina One, that has closed and we'll be focusing on online and occasional pop up events. Stay tuned to our socials or newsletter to be notified about those upcoming!

Sustainability is a nuanced issue. First of all, there is no such thing as a 100% sustainable brand! When working with partners, we look at their impact in five key areas: Product, package, people, planet and principles. We ask detailed questions (and for provided evidence) of where and how their designs are made, the people involved in the various tiers of their supply chain, and how they are measuring their impact. Not every brand is perfect—most of the time emerging brands don't have the budget to do everything as they'd want to right from the start, like working with the best fabric possible, or with a certified factory. Where brands state they have certifications (be it beauty or fashion) we ask to see this if the information is not already clearly available on their own channels. Above all, sustainability is a journey for all brands and our priority is working with brands who are 1) creating cutting edge, beautiful products that we're proud to curate and 2) are doing so in a heart-led way, minimising their impact as much as possible.

All orders locally within Singapore (standard delivery) arrive within 3-4 working days. Do note, if you've ordered from multiple designers you will usually receive more than one package.
